Jill Penfold is a British actress and On-Camera host.
She was born and raised in Essex. Where she lived until leaving at Twenty to travel as a Beautician aboard
Jill returned to the U.K in 2004 where she attended Birmingham Theatre School for Two years for Theatre Acting. After graduating Jill landed her first job at The Crescent Theatre as ‘Angela’ in Mike Leigh’s 'Abigail's Party'.
Four years of theatre touring followed, including being a gender-fluid Macbeth for Three months.
A best actor award for Madre in ’The Daughters of Venice’ was a highlight.
In 2008 Jill was given a scholarship to The Lee Strasberg Film And TV institute to study The Stanslaviski acting method in Los Angeles. There she stayed for a year before signing to an agent and beginning her career.
